The application relates to the field of polymer composite materials, in particular to a fluorine-free flame-retardant PC material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fluorine-free flame-retardant PC material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-15% of silicon PC, 0.1-1% of anti-aging agent, 2-6% of fluorine-free flame retardant and the balance of PC; the fluorine-free flame retardant consists of at least three of polydiphenyloxy phosphazene, tetraphenyl bisphenol A diphosphate, polydimethylsiloxane and methacrylate-based phenyl polymer compound. When more than three of polydiphenyloxy phosphazene, tetraphenyl bisphenol A diphosphate, polydimethylsiloxane and methacrylate phenyl polymer compound are compounded, the synergistic effect is achieved, and silicon PC is matched, so that the PC material has better flame retardant property, light transmittance, ageing resistance and physical property.
